A few days in Panama for business development meetings (possible training contracts). Today is the celebration of almost 200 years independence from Spain. Afterwards they had to bicker with the Colombians for independence. On my way to Cartagena in Colombia later today to present at the conference which closes the bi-lateral Canadian-Colombian program I helped to start up in 2013.
