This morning we started with a meeting at ICETEX, the Colombian national student loan organization before Paul Brennan went on the plane back to Canada. We had this meeting arranged via my long time friends Jorge Tellez and Javier Mora (of APICE, a Pan American student loan organization). A productive meeting with some innovative ideas to pursue.
Afterwards a colleague from CIDA Ottawa, a colleague from ACCC Ottawa and I flew to Cartagena. I decided to try out another hotel this time; with a nice view on the Atlantic Ocean... :-)
